I'm not sure if you're being sarcastic or not but I'll assume you are not.

Here's the Cliff's notes: They spent 2014 pumping TLNUF relentlessly with coming dividends and revenues that were literally just around the corner, while at the same time diluting (incredibly) billions of shares and causing the share price to drop from dollars to .0001 in a mere 9 months. The dividends did not occur as promised and the revenue never started, not even one penny. They promised an audit of their questionable financials and never did it. They promised acquisitions and they never happened. Then they conducted a reverse split, the CEO immediately gave himself 2 billion shares thus wiping out every single long-term shareholder, then they diluted it AGAIN back down to .0001 and no bid.

I know I have missed some stuff, but as you can see, if you wanted a textbook example of a pink sheet scam this is it..
