fwh, jpm did not shed wamu assets off balance sheet because of the change to the cap requirement banking regs. What you guys are doing is using a couple of pr's that came out about a year or so ago, maybe 2 now that said jpm sheds over 100 billion in cash. If you read what they shed it was other banks, namely other fed banks that they were holding cash for and because of the reg change they had to give it back or their ratios would be high. Sheesh, give it up about wamu and the cap regs, you are way off base.
