He sent me that last noteholder info on 8/27 and retail has blown through tons of it since so I expect very good news going forward! Here was his reply about Carebourn Capital.

"Yes we have learned that BMAK is Carebourn Capital. Look at our Q and see what they have to further come out of as I cannot quote that (as you know) but you can do your DD.

Yes we need more retail support to blow through their conversions and then onto a better financing partner which we have a call with on Monday to settle final terms.
