I honestly do not know how to value this, there are far too many variables that have to be considered and even recent examples of deals have no viable business model to compare. Sourcefire was bout for what, 2.7 billion and had 5 million dollars of annual revenue. Whatsapp was picked up for a mere 19 billion and it has never turned a profit, it actually continues to bleed money even though it is approaching 1 billion users. if we value this based upon potential rather than fundamentals, well I guess the only thing I can say is, well maybe I can just show you.
