Maybe you have PFHO confused with a cash-intensive business that has to invest a lot into infrastructure to grow.
PFHO is a cash cow raking in more cash each quarter while being 100% debt free. Sorry, but I can't see how increasing the cash payout to shareholders by 150% and doing it immediately is a sign of anything but good times ahead.
