to put together a true miner, with all the permits... those dates are legit if they wrap up financing and permitting this year, break ground next year, capital realized eoy or 2017 once initial investments are offset by revs. I have patience.

I don't think the stock itself will sit at .0002 in the interim though. each approval adds value, imo. ILST
