Yup, Syria policy fail, yet what else could have succeeded? No one, wanted boots on ground, and would it have worked better? Russia, China
vetoes could have been ignored? Not saying for sure, and pointless now anyway, yet feeling has been Syria up-rising ill-advised from day one.
