I understand what you are saying but are there billable hours that returned kmarts assets?

Nobody fought for them. They didnt exist.
Once the fighting was over the assets popped up. There was nobody to give them to. The kmart shares were gone and there was no shareholders of record.
Assets returned to the company
In wamu the fighting continues. When it is over any asset left will pop up. But escrows are a record of shareholders and if the company wants them back they need to buy them from us.

I am not saying there is anything left. I am only stating that there should be no billable hours because the assets have not popped up yet.

When the fighting is done(DB etc) and the assets appear and they refuse to give them to escrows ...THAT is when there will be billable hours.

The billing you are looking for is in the past. When they fought for us to get escrows.
Since we got them we stopped a kmart scenario from happening here
