Definitely EG, that is why I am using the term ultra conservative for the PRE/POST Split Scorecard and the $8 million+ dollars at around the .0026 PPS benchmark. This scorecard is just break-even pre/post split. Many got in way above that. Here is a chart that addresses your point!
