(NYSE: SBC) and BellSouth Corporation (NYSE: BLS) and was awarded an "Outstanding Contribution Award" at Siemens for work on Alcatel's Spatial Softswitch.

Sharma defined the Cisco GGSN switch network deal at Cingular, as the Siemens Chief Architect for the Core UMTS 3G rollout.
