Overnight? what they did overnight is issue some guy 222 mm shares at $.00008 to cancel a $22K debt - that's over $600K in value. That's called dilution in its purest form. It will take them billions of additional shares to get rid of the toxic debt here. The only ones going to make money here are those who hold to debt. Convert at $0.00008 and sell it at today's value.
