You're discounting the fact that, there is absolutely nothing, no prohibition, no law, no common shareholder who has restricted these criminals from changing the share structure at their convenience.

No proxies, no vote, no outside source that has ever participated in, 'at-will' reverse splits and increase in authorized.

There is absolutely no reason or preventive measure common shareholders could support anything less than the facts.
