we saw in the documents collected in discovery and posted here and there that WMI - those three initials were used to mean various different things and places and companies

So JPM can make off like a bandit

And at same time - maybe those doing the DD on what belonged to the holding company can convince a contingency fee only Lawyer to sue for us ............. sue FDIC? sue JPM ? for taking holding company money and assets - either by mistake or learning post fact and staying quiet or outright stealing
