The stock went up on bogus phase 2 data, then corrected when that reality was revealed.

Can't argue that math. Now that same market cap becomes less than $10.

And if proposal # 3 is passed and those authorized become issued your $20 becomes $4. Viola! It's like a magic trick turning cash into thin air!
