Is "business continuity" a hard concept for YOU? It's a fancy term you perhaps aren't familiar with, so let me ask the question another way: "Is leaving your OLD website UP while you work on a NEW one a HARD CONCEPT for YOU?"

I heard a rumor that a senior executive proposed taking the amazon.com website down for a month or two while they worked on a new one. But in the end they decided it was a bad idea.
