yx, credible dd, maybe, but misunderstanding the impact as it relates to escrows a big YES. the dd'ers have no idea just like I have no idea. What we have is a little common sense.

Is it more likely that history will prevail and share holders in a bk get very little or is it more likely that jpm is going to pay one years worth of earnings for distressed assets from a bk holding company. Is it more likely that this will slowly die and the few dozen posters will slowly go away knowing jpm won and wamu share holders lost and their dreams crushed or that the biggest financial news event will occur since 08-09 and jpm will pay 10s of billions for those holding company "distressed" assets.
