It can't be and isn't when it goes down. We know that as well as others despite what may be claimed. In yesterday's volume, trades went at .0001, 90mil and 27mil shares respectively, than the same volumes (27.xx mil on one) at .000098 seconds/minutes apart. What sense does that make?? Retail can't buy or sell at .0000x so what gives there? MM's creating liquidity? DTC removal means electronic trading, right? Maybe a glitch in the system? Inquiring minds would like to know. Just found it odd that's all.
