we are approaching the most important date in this case so far, which will be next Friday, September 11th.
I have attached a document to this email. You may have read it already. The Impact Statement is now on Primeclerk.
Tiiara, the board of directors at ANV are at this time laughing all the way to the bank along with the creditors. They are at this precise moment winning the battle and are stealing the shareholders money, transferring the equity which is rightfully ours as part owners of the company, to the creditors, then they will remain in control of the company as they emerge from C11 with no debt and 10Mz Gold and 460+M oz Silver. They will be multi-billionaires! We are left with worthless warrants. This is a crime, it has been reported to you as the US Trustee, the Judge - Mary J Walrath, the FBI and the SEC. You have the evidence to support our claims that they have wilfully written down assets in an attempt to make the company appear worthless and then emerge only weeks later, miraculously solvent and build on what we helped them start.
Please read my Impact Statement. It appears the EC you appointed are not up to the task in hand and for some unexplainable reason have accepted a deal that leaves us with 17.5% warrants of the New company. We do not know the value of the warrants, we have not had our valuation from our experts, there are 80-90M shares unaccounted for which will be crucial when voting, and obviously they will be used to vote against us.
Our EC refuses to answer any emails we send them. The EC lawyers are acting in collusion with the BOD, withdrawing objections and even lying in court
At this moment in time I would say we do not have a chance if this continues.
We require of the authorities their support and we require the justice system to stand up and be counted as we too are standing up and being counted!
