I see that they are renaming their subsidiary Athena Brands, but where is a filing that connects Mine's Athena Brands with that Green Mustache company? Also even if MINE is acquiring them and taking the name, if money is being used to acquire them, it is exactly the same as with Avanzar, shareholders bought it for the company and don't benefit from it themselves.
