Beware the main purpose of this r/s is not to uplist but rather to make money. Only two choices they have to make money is toxic financing or sell shares. Common sense tells you they will do the later. So smart money is selling off. Do not listen to the pumpers they are only here to save their own butt. If you believe in this company as I do buy after the r/s because all stocks drop even after the r/s. Plus to add insult to injury your broker is going to charge you to handle the shares during the restructure.
