that's not how it works, it is not sequential, the damage request from db is less than 10 billion, I think, thus the way that many talk here, there are 10s of billions being held by the fdic to payoff debts. just put that money aside. That is exactly what a bk trustee does. So why is this different if there is plenty of money to go around.
