Hope I am wrong, but I have a bad feeling about Actsoft acquisition. They have been vague and not clear about what is happening for my liking. Too many stops and starts and Actsoft may have walked. I never say what Actsoft saw in HISC to begin with. Actsoft was bringing the revenue, profitability and market presence. Sorry boys and girls, hope I am wrong. HISC has bad news baked into the price. If it was good news coming smart money would have been buying up cheap stock and we would see volume.
