There are too many open questions about expenses right now to give you any good estimate on earnings/profitability. Their product costs should be covered by revenue. However, we don't know how much they're paying for people like Maury and Snoddy and whether the Security Grade deal has closed and what that might cost. Judging by Paul's past performance, these costs might be covered by restricted stock that's vested over time so it doesn't have an immediate impact on the bottom line or OS. I'll be able to give you a better answer after I see the financials.
