Once again, the $300,000 projection is for the FY2014 10-K which is last fiscal year. Paul's $7 to $10 million estimate is for the current 2015 fiscal year and we'll see the first installment of that on the 1FQ2015 10-Q due in mid September. My projection for that quarter is roughly $500,000 revenue although it could be more or a little less. It will come primarily from Chill CBD sales and perhaps a little revenue from construction and CannaPods (although I'm not ruling out the possibility of a pleasant surprise here).

In his 6/22/15 PR Paul estimated that they would be able to book an additional $1 million in revenue from their contract with JCP, $2 million from their new sales force and $1 million from just one of their projected seven online stores thru the remainder of FY2015 in just product sales ($4 million total). I'm not entirely sure whether his numbers included EM-J, which by the date of that PR would have only had a few weeks of pre-sales. These numbers are certainly reasonable. Assuming they average only 50 sales reps throughout the year (they have targeted 100 and at last count claimed 65), that would mean each sales rep would have to sell just $40,000 worth of product in a year for them to reach $2 million. That's about 2,000 Chill units if you assume a unit cost of $20 wholesale. Also, if one online store is on track for $1 million in revenue, could their projected seven online stores bring in $7 million? Maybe, but in any event, it's likely to bring in more revenue not less.

Meanwhile, we're currently in 2FQ2015 thru 9/30/15 which will be reported in mid December. EM-J just started shipping and all of the presales will be booked in this quarter. We will also see a full quarter of revenue from CannaPods and construction and perhaps some revenue from extractors, software, finance and Security Grade. If the Security Grade deal was consummated, it is estimated to add another $1.3 million in revenue thru the rest of the fiscal year. Another $1.7 million could be realized with any combination of sales from construction, CannaPods, extractors, software and finance and this would get them to the lower range of $7 million for FY2015. All very doable with a viable sales force.
