This company's practices have been bleeding edge of legal from inception many years ago. Before marijuana was even legal and respected as a potential medicine, they were there. Dabney has no actual convictions, the complaints are just that, complaints. And when you're running penny stock companies and trying to lift them off the ground with no funding all you really have to offer is stock.

I am not saying you are wrong because I don't have evidence to support that. But without any actual prior convictions or publicly filed complaints currently, it's hard to make any decisions based on this evidence.
