I've had a bunch of PURA shares bought since post r/s over there ages ago. Before their USMJ deal, there were only about 2 mil in the public float. I wouldn't be surprised if PURA was now a multi-$ stock and USMJ owns a bunch of their preferred and who knows how much common? Check pages 30-31 of this old private placement link.
