You are much more optimistic than I. I think he never had plans to put out JHN until it became such a thorn in his side he had too. I think he WANTS to put out GSL and will live off our dimes until he can/ if he can. If he can't? Oh well. He will raise the A/S or R/S the whole thing and start over making more promises along the way to lure in more sheep. Its really quite ingenious if you like any moral spine. Nothing about Benny Powell says "spine" to me. "At no fault of our own" comes to mind.
