I will be able to let you know for sure once we get the new 8k. I want want to see exactly what company it is. I've been tracking these notes for a couple years , and the filings are atrocious . Idk how the company or auditors don't pick up on things. For example if you read the filings about the jmj note it reads as if we have only recieved a fraction of the 335 note value, however I have conversions of over 250 k.
