Joe C when CEO played that hand already. He did a 1 for 1000 r/s when o/s was 3 billion before r/s. It had right after very short spike very short. It then dropped back to .0001 until last year when they started the new scam mj business and dumped billions more. Will they try same thing again? Could be but have to be blind to fall for same thing again and buy into it. Donnell is nothing but his puppet as CEO.
