You are correct that the preferred shares control this stock, subject only to its debt obligations.
You should probably take a closer look at the more recent filings. Donnell does now have the majority of the A's, so she can vote anything she wants, and Joe has relinquished most of his.
The only thing she can't do unilaterally is change the contractual obligations, but if Joe is willing to work with her on the debt, and IF she can get whatever business she has left operating profitably, she has a chance.
Now, do I think this will happen? Absolutely NOT, but I do recognize it as a possibility.
I personally don't believe that DV can be trusted. Look at who she's worked with for YEARS, and what they've done to the shareholders and their employees. If she had real character, she'd go get a real job rather than living off of shareholders.
Her son was also on this board for YEARS promoting the stock with blatant lies, attacking anyone who tried to post thetruth about the QASP scam. He undoubtedly was benefiting financially from his actions...
