Yeah - and Martha didn't even make money on the deal.

Here we have a guy who's apparently done nothing but screw his friends, employees, and investors for enormous amounts of profit (which all disappears offshore)...

And they're still looking at Martha.

Good stocks are obvious. Extensive DD is how you convince yourself to buy a bad one.
