Has anyone compared the details of this warrant offer vs the original?

The obvious changes to this warrant offer are the increase from 10% to 17% and the 7 year expiration date. But has anyone more, looked at the terms? and if so, are there any impactful differences? I know at the moment the focus is scrapping this deal entirely, but if we can show that the fine print terms of this latest offer are actually worse then the original, it may give additional support to the examiner request.
