Why won't you answer the simple yes/no question?

It's not like you work for ANY or anything and could get into trouble by discussing FLI on a chat board. Given that is not the case, do you or do you not expect $40M in Q4 revs?

Odd that you go out of your way to show that it's all because of "the regulators" but then stay mute on the reason it matters.

That's what I thought.
