As I stated I believe Bruce thought a merger was happening and was being mislead by Morey while Schmidt and Morey traded the stock. I would guess that Schmidt was the one who made the trades since Morey was an insider. You stated he knew nothing about even a merger and that logically could not be considering the 2011 merger was going on into 2012 according to posts on this board so to say Bruce was clueless about everything would mean he was in a comma for a year and didn't take one shareholder call.
I agree, mislead is a better word as part of the searching for a possible merger. My point was, he was clueless when we called him telling him what had just happened on that day it crumbled.....he was in the dark for sure. clueless/misled/fooled. And thats why it was reversed.
Definitely believe Schmidt not involved with Morey. Unless someone has proof....ill stick to that.
