What they say is that DNRG 'does not own'the Rubicon. They just own all the technical know-how and the energy provided by the device.

I don't understand it all, but I think they will never have a lot of assets. They own the Rubicon in theory, insomuch as the receiving country gets the unit with no up-front costs, has it installed, then anything the 'unit' does belongs to DNRG.

Kind of like your cable company, they do the install free, but then charge you for all the cable sevice provided by that cable.
