iam not sure anyone will go to jail. i think the sec doesnt give a damn and that unless an employee of the sec lost money we will not see any investigation end in any penalty or charge. the sec probably knew this guy was a fraud and he had done it before so they stayed away from his company. just speculation that he has done it before.
