That's if you believe this brand new negative poster, and that he even emailed anyone--I doubt it.
Why don't you solve the problem est and email and call yourself to verify---I was told they are always available by phone, and as you have seen---Mr. Ford answers his emails.
I wouldn't trust anything demented says they do or have done or did...LLOL
