EDXC .02 has the best in class with software suite to track from grower, to warehouse, to vendor sales and inventory, to audited supply tracking seed to sale with fully compliant State and Federal banking rule guideline integration. Also, EDXC suite of products is going into the 5 new dispensaries awarded in NY State last week because their legal division, Greenleaf, put together all the paperwork that landed Etain the award.

EDXC also has a burgeoning CBD business www.cbdunlimited.com and www.cbdhealthsolutions.com that is on track to sell over $1mil in product on that end and it is growing.

OH and the share structure is still just 222mil, never R/S'd and the CEO stated back in 2013 he would never go above 300mil and is sticking to that.
