OROT- I forgot exact lawyers name handling (who handled) disribution of assets to Sunburst Minerals is it_?_ Anyway he may be of help to verify. I'm waiting for a written response. Its' a safe bet what OC is saying,and reasonable,as SIRGQ and OROT are not dragging their feet. This is evidenced by settlement dates being way done before deadlines so far. A MOU can take a lot longer than 2 weeks to get together. Some can take up to three-four months or even longer depending.--*but* the filing of quarterly reports by SIRGQ for the BK hearings, suggests a shorter time frame than three months for sure.[url]--Thanks for contacting us.
