My view is that Cummins legal department would have to sign off on their name being used in any COTE PR and they wouldn't do that unless there was a fairly substantial reason to like a general terms agreement or joint venture between the two companies.

Also, GC, or his lawyers, are smart enough to know if they throw Cummins name around without authorization then it is a certainty that Cummins would sue COTE and put them out of business pretty quickly.
