Refer to the link in post 10924 where the Cummins executives (GM & Manager of Sales) visited the COTE facility.

Also, where does it say that COTE "bought" the generator?

Even a business novice would understand when the PR says...

During the meeting, there was a demonstration of a Cummins industrial engine that was rebuilt by Coates with the CSRV (Coates Spherical Rotary Valve) system, installed in a 150kw industrial generator, operating on natural gas.

and

Proposals and agreements are in place for the supply of complete industrial generator sets...

...that there is a business relationship, most likely legally documented through non-disclosure agreements.

Just FYI, high level executives (at Fortune 500 companies don't take time out of their busy schedules or money out of their expense budgets for travel to customers who bought one unit of anything (maybe the sales guy but certainly not the GM).
