How many times do I have to repeat myself?

This news was already announced in the newsletter....that's why I'm not "impressed" with it specifically....Is it a good thing? Yes, I guess because it will offer some sort of security on the tech if people are really interested in copying it... but they still have to be granted which could take a year to years.....
