We are not building a dreamliner here but it is taking more time to get certified on a already built plane then it takes to build a dreamliner.

We failed the last Mini,there appears to be no question about that, and now we are awaiting a waiver from the FAA, or so we are told. If the FAA is taking this long to decide what to do here then I think there is much more wrong then we are being told.
