This whole Posner dialog is getting overblown as far as I'm concerned...they continue to sell in 'increments' compared to the size of their holdings & are doing it (per prior agreement) in a 'responsible manner' soas not to overload the market & cause an inordinate influence in share prices. Like any wise trader , they appear to be (slowly) retrieving their original investment outlay until they get to the point where they have only 'free shares' left in their portfolio (if they haven't got there already). So WTH is so wrong about that !?! As long as they continue to trade responsibly , I don't see a problem...& the fact that the share prices have remained relatively steady over this same period of Posner trading supports that assertion.
