OTCBB still exists. The only thing shut down was the otcbb.com web site. All information has been moved to the FINRA web sites.

Of course, most MMs that were using the otcbb have moved to the otcmarkets.com otcqb to cut costs.

But, a registrant has to pay a fee to be listed on the otcqb or nothing to be listed like PLKD is listed.
