I don't quite understand what your expectations are. A company that has not announced anything in the past 6 years suddenly comes back to life? There have been much bigger spikes and great chart formations that ended up in nothing. I don't know if the company has done anything illegal, but at the very least it has been unethical. So unless something major happens, the price movement(that is easy to manipulate) is just noise that I don't pay attention to.
