PBW back to earth + global ETFs?; PBW still a good proxy for alternative energy sector imo after 25% haircut
also looking at some global ETFs based on ADRs that are due for splits next month making them more attractively priced. There's been a lot of chatter about how liquidity has been sucked out of the market making emerging markets take heavy hits.... Has this been overdone to the downside?
