Stay FAR away from Cap 1. Not only do not allow you to buy this, they charge ridiculous low cost security fees on top of their comm. I had to open another account with ET in hopes of transferring my portfolio to the eT account.. ET will not transfer OTC.. Wth??? Anyway, I'm loading up again with ET, they are easy.. Cap1 is horrible..
