Exactly....especially if the financing deal involved a venture capital firm buying Warrants at say $.88 or way higher than our current measly .0652 PPS. That would be a huge signal to the street that the investing company has seen behind the curtain and they are putting money where their mouth is with buying way higher valued Warrants with the strike pps being many multiples of current pps OR restricted offering with Rule 144 in place for any shares bought.

Many ways to skin a cat and make non-destructive private placements that also signal the value of a company.
