myron steele? attorney, who was the chief justice , representing here. looks like a big deal. thing i noticed though that one of the plaintiff acquired shares only in 2015 while the other only had pfds but bought in 2009. i don't think it matters pfds or common though. this should be huge, imo. any thoughts? doesn't rafter own shares since last 30 years? that would save time going back and forth, if filed.
